• Allow 48 hours for confirmation of your reservation.
• Only REGISTERED DELEGATES of the Solar Energy Africa 2011 are entitled to the reduced rate. To expedite your reservation please ensure you have submitted your attendee reservation.
• Check in time 15:00 / Check out time 10:00
• Cancellation Policy: This reservation needs to be cancelled prior to 2PM, hotel time, on the specified check-in date to avoid a non-refundable cancellation fee of 100%.
• No Show: Failing to arrive by 4AM hotel time on the day after the specified check-in date will result in a cancellation of your reservation and the payment made at time of booking is non-refundable.
• Tax Rules: Rates include 14% tax and exclude 1% Tourism Levy
